Lynda Kellam, associate professor and data services and government information librarian, and Anna Craft, associate professor and coordinator of metadata services, will lead a research management best practices workshop on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 2 – 3:30 p.m. in the School of Education Building, Room SOE 217. This workshop offers both in-person and online attendance options. Sign up to attend virtually or receive a recording.
Research management is the process of effectively managing your data (of all kinds) before, during and after a project. This ensures that your research is secure, promotes the reuse of your data by other researchers and assures compliance with federal guidelines. The workshop will address the importance of research data management, common data management issues and best practices for addressing those issues. UNC Greensboro faculty members, graduate students and staff, who work with research data or support researchers, are invited to attend.
Register today to reserve your space. Please email Samantha Harlow, online learning librarian, at slharlow@uncg.edu with questions about the virtual component of this workshop. Please email Anna Craft at arcraft@uncg.edu with questions about the content in the workshop.
